With fully automatic filled can palleting and depalletizing process, it reduces labor, and greatly improves the automation degree and scale number of whole lines. Most of the canned food factories will first store the sterilized cans in the heat preservation warehouse for a period of time, carry out inspection and code printing operation, and then carry out case packing and delivery of goods from storage, so as to eliminate nonconforming cans to the utmost extent and ensure the conforming rate of cans delivered. As there is no advanced equipment in China, most factories can only hire a great number of workers to complete filled can palleting and depalletizing operations. Some factories even adopt unbelievable methods: First manually put the cans into the transfer cartons. Then pile the cartons on the pallets and send them into the heat storage warehouse for storage. After heat preservation is finished, unload the stacks and take the cans out of the transfer cartons. Carry out inspection and code printing. Finally carry out case packing and delivery of goods from storage. This not only increases production costs, but influences production speed. The smaller the cans are, the more prominent the problem is. The filled can palletizer and depalletizer are developed and designed for solving this problem. The equipment is operated by one worker, saving manpower of 5-9 workers and greatly reducing labor intensity. It reduces requirements for intermediary paperboard. Every year it saves 10000 Yuan of intermediary paperboards.
