Due to the tight production schedule, the tight delivery period and the shortest commissioning and acceptance time due to Aiziran's production schedule, the working pressure of the Sunrise team has been further increased. With the overtime cooperation and hard work of the technicians from both sides, the LG neutral medium perfusion test verification of the aseptic blowing-filling-capping production line was completed in just one month. Sterility verification work includes dyeing, steel sheet challenge, inside and outside bottle challenge, index cap challenge test, sterile water, sterile gas and combined machine internal environment test to meet the aseptic process requirements.
